Curious about rugby? You don’t need any experience, just a good attitude and a willingness to try something new. Whether you’ve never touched a rugby ball or you're looking to get back on the pitch, The Lemons welcome you!

We’re a brand-new women’s rugby team competing in the Rocky Mountain Rugby Women’s Senior Club Division II. More importantly, we’re building a fun, inclusive, and low-pressure space where athletes of all backgrounds can grow, connect, and crush it together—on and off the field.
